The Pufahl Farricker Spirit ride aims to inspire the Ultimate community to give back and reconnect. The ride will raise money for ALS and Cancer research, and to endow the Spirit of the Game awards given in Kathy's and Pete's names at the UPA Club Championships. Read more here.

The Peter Farricker Foundation

The mission of the Farricker Foundation is to honor the memory of Peter Farricker whose zest for life was admired by all who knew him, and whose courage and dignity were an inspiration while he battled and eventually succumbed to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), more commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.

The Board of the Foundation is collaborating with the matriarchy responsible for initiating the Kathy Pufahl Spirit Award to launch this ride, and aspires to broaden the mission of the Foundation to also honor Kathy and support Cancer research.
